mik3879 Posted April 27, 2018 Share Posted April 27, 2018 I bought a subscription in Nov 2017 It never appeared on my acount until around March 2018 and stated that it will run to Nov 2018 I contacted support through the viveport app I receved a reply after a long, long wait and it came from Vive Canada who instructed me to contact Vive UK I contacted Vive UK and they asked for details, then more details, then more details, then said I "will be contacted soon" ages ago!
