MDC1961 Posted May 15, 2018 Posted May 15, 2018 sent my deluxe audio strap in for repair but do not know when I'll receive it back. Chatted with Gary Williams and he was going to escalate the case to vive's case management team. Pretty upset that I have had no answer at all.
