Unable to download any app on Vive Focus

Trying to see other 6DoF options - I'm unable to download anything. Says service is unavailable, please try again later. 

 

Do I need to add a payment option or something?

Same here.

I can browse the content of the store but... anytime I click "Download", I get the same message:"Please check your network connection".

 

a similar problem like "sev7en"

I have the latest firmware, PIN, Credits

I was able to fix this issue myself: go to settings and make sure your timezone is correct. (Mine was set on China, once I fixed it to USA I was able to connect to the store)

thank you for the help, but it does not work on my side. Yes, it was set to China, but I tried to change and restart, still the same problem.

Have you tried other internet connections like hotspot?

And set your time to Auto sync?

1. No, I do not have the possibility.

2. I tried changes, still the same problem.

 

I am in Czech Republic, which time zone I must use? Prague is not on the list.

PS: I also probably have a bad ROM setting/version......
