I'm getting very frustrated....

So, one of my base stations has been blinking red, and yes I know it is a problem that requires me to send it in for repairs, should be easy, but getting in contact with Vive Support? not so easy. I've spent the last 3 months trying to get in contact with atleast one person. When I try to send an email through "Contact us" I enter my email address and an error pops up stating "Your email format is invalid" so theres no way I could even possibly get help. Please can someone help me. I have the SN for the specific faulty base station, and all other information that will be needed. Somebody save me from this nightmare please! It's been stressing me out
