Is there any live streaming player app in VIVE Port

I have a streaming server that can provide live streaming VR video using RTSP on the Internet.

On PC, I can use VLC player and type rtsp://192.168.xxxx.xxx/xxx to watch a live streaming video.

But on HTC VIVE, Is there any free media player app on VIVE PORT that can play live streaming VR video from the internet using HTC VIVE?

I tried some media player but they can only play VR video on local disk.
