Tianqi Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 If you cannot see your controllers in VR or they are drifting away from you, please take a look at the following tips that might help you. Make sure the controllers are charged. When something abnormal happens to your controller, this is the first thing you should try. Also, the low battery sometimes can lead to the drifting problem. Make sure they are in the play area. Check if there are reflective surfaces (e.g. windows, mirrors, glossy walls, etc.) that are interfering tracking and put covers on them. Update the firmware if needed. Clear other wireless devices like TV remotes, cell phones from the play area. They might be interrupting. Reset the controller. Hold down everything except the system button and plug the controller into PC via USB cable. Wait for 5 seconds and release the buttons. Then just unplug it from the PC.
