One did not go in standby, the other one had an extremely sensitive touchpad and menue button. When sending in a controller for repair, it means the Vive Pro kit becomes useless for a couple of weeks. For us already having the pro kit, why are we not allowed to buy a spare pro controller som we can keep using the vive and still have it repaired? Number of users does not grow, it is just existing users that keep getting value from their purchase.
