Vive ordered, but "Pending Payment" status

I ordered a Vive system recently and I still have an order status of "Pending Payment" on my order history. I sent an email through the "Contact Us" page 2 days ago and I still haven't received a response. I couldn't find a number to call support directly aswell. What are the steps to get the "Payment Pending" order status solved and get the Vive shipped?

Sorry, but I have the same problem, I made a purchase a week ago and it still appears as pending, I also think that I duplicated it by mistake, as I could not open the games and other times it was immediate I made it again, duplicating it, I could assist??
