I sent an email through the "Contact Us" page 2 days ago and I still haven't received a response. I couldn't find a number to call support directly aswell. rakaraul Posted November 6, 2018 Share Posted November 6, 2018 Sorry, but I have the same problem, I made a purchase a week ago and it still appears as pending, I also think that I duplicated it by mistake, as I could not open the games and other times it was immediate I made it again, duplicating it, I could assist??
