Fault 03 (Error 10010) red blinking light on base station

Hello,

 

I have had my vive since christmas time and recently i saw that there was a red blinking light on my base station and it would not properly track my movements, when i looked at my  base station with my camera to check the lasers on it i saw that the lower laser was visible but my side laser wasnt, i havent shaked or moved it while the station was powered on, i was wondering if there was any way i could get a replacement for my base station
