Base Station Internal Fault 3 Power Cycle not Working, how to Initiate an RMA?

My Base station has "developed an internal problem (fault 3). I have tried to power cycle as recommended but that has not helped.


I am wonderin ghow I can contact Vive support in order to initiate an RMA on this base station, or if there is another fix I should try before going down that route.
