RiccoKane Posted August 16, 2018 Share Posted August 16, 2018 My Base station has "developed an internal problem (fault 3). I have tried to power cycle as recommended but that has not helped. I am wonderin ghow I can contact Vive support in order to initiate an RMA on this base station, or if there is another fix I should try before going down that route. Thanks in advance, Ricco. HackPerception Posted August 16, 2018 Share Posted August 16, 2018 Fault 03 indicates a mechanical error with one or both of the rotors and will require servicing to fix. The best way to set up an RMA is via the live chat on https://www.vive.com/us/support/contactus/ - Please avoid using the email form and stick to live chat for the fastest turn around.
