Got 1 of them back within 2 weeks, and I thought the other was not far behind. My other controller is still being repaired. The support said it got sent back to the repair stage for what ever reason. They said they escalated the repair again, but they said that before and nothing was done. I am just getting tired of waiting for my controller.
