HackPerception Posted September 25, 2018 Share Posted September 25, 2018 We'll need basic info about your setup to attempt to troubleshoot what's happening - each PC environment is unique and the OP's issue may be completely unrelated to yours despite showing different end behaviors. In short, we'll need to know basic info about your system (OS, CPU, GPU, Model # if a laptop, ect...) as well as how you're connecting the Pro to the Computer (what type of cabling), and any error codes/messages that may be displayed.
