How to Update APK ？

Hello，I want to ask one quetion，

when I developer a APK ,install in the vive focus;

But how can I update the APK by internet?

for example,update from 1.0  edition  to 2.0  edition;

 

 

by android mobile phone it's easy ,but how can i update APK in vive focus?
