MSI ge73 raider 8rf laptop HTC VİVE Controller Problem

Hi Every One

I have bought vr ready laptop(MSI ge73 raider 8rf). When I start steam vr and after playing around 2 or 3 minutes, always same controller stops tracking while other one works as expected. I am started to think it is a usb problem. Please help me.

NOTE: I bought this laptop just for vr.  So I have to solve this problem somehow. Thanks

Make sure you're using USB 2.0, not 3.0 if you're on the Original Vive.

Thanks for your help. Yes I am using original vive. However, laptop does not contain any usb 2.0. It has 3 and 3.1. So what should I do in this case? 

I will be happy if you answer above question because I still cannot use this laptop.
