Lupraen
It seems to be a camera related issue : https://community.viveport.com/t5/Technical-Support/Vive-Wireless-Adapter-Official-User-Guides/m-p/23422/highlight/true?__woopraid=WRtaHVpKbtsg#M8883 I will try with camera disabled in some scenarios (but it's not a definitive solution !) Lupraen
On reddit, setting camera to 60hz may help to : https://www.reddit.com/r/Vive/comments/9lawgo/wireless_adapter_fails_if_camera_is_enabled/

Maribel_Hearn
If you haven't disabled the camera is SteamVR, do that now.
bluetux1
Fixed Mine I had the same issue and tried everything except for moving the card inside my pc. I wanted to exhaust all other issues. I ended up chaning the usb cable that goes from the wireless headset adapter to the power supply with another I had around the house. It solved the issue and I was able to verify that when I switch back to the cable that came with the device that it comes back with the same errors. I'm sure this won't solve it for everyone but one more thing to try. Good luck.
Dale.ballance
Hey if you have a vive pro you will need to get the short cable kit for the vive wireless as the standard 5 m cable will give a 108 error
