ZXSwire3
I just updated both of my controllers, one of them works perfectly, but the other doesn't make any sound when it turns on or do any sort of vibration when using it.
Synthesis
To verify, you can use the "Identify Controller" feature on SteamVR to force it to vibrate briefly. (Right click on each controller and select idenifty controller)If one of them doesn't vibrate, you probably need to have it sent in for repairs.Thank you, -John C

HackPerception
, contact our live care option via our live chat (avoid using the email contact form on that page) and tell them that you'd like to initiate a controller RMA and have gone through the standard troubleshooting steps. For the US, the link to that page is: https://www.vive.com/us/support/contactus/
