Did not receive a code either.

On the 21st I have contacted support about not receiving the code. 

 

I have also indicated that one of the Akamai servers was serving a corrupted Javascript file that prevented a section of European visitors from using Viveport.com correctly, as in, being able to log in and purchase anything during the Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale.

 

It was a good week for my wallet.

 

Have not heard back from HTC Support since being reassured that my case is already under investigation and will be handled as a priority as of 4 days ago.

 

You could argue this service has caused a rift between me and HTC.

Thanks, I appreciate your response John.

 

But I am more disappointed about

  • the lack of feedback and concern about the broken store,
  •  the issue with the missing $10 code being ignored by support
  • and being told off with "priority support",

than not receiving the $10 itself.

 

This is about respecting a customer. And I feel unrespected.

 

So, please keep the $10 or give it to charity.
