[email protected] Posted November 24, 2018 Posted November 24, 2018 I have been using my vive for about a year now, all of a sudden when I try to launch the viveport app, it opens for about 1 second then crashes and BugSplat report software opens. I have tried submitting them, along with trying everything I can to rectify the problem but with no luck ... after about an hour on chat with support, they bascially told me that they coudln't help me and I shoudl look at the forum. I asked if someone could read the errors in the report but he told me to read the forum... TERRIBLE SUPPORT.. I just bought the VivePro (yesterday) but I already regretting it and think I might cancel my order. Any help woudl be appreciated.
hmacaroni Posted December 1, 2018 Posted December 1, 2018 i am having the same issue, i was told by support to login to viveport via website which I did but this only shows what I have and doesnt let me play anything. I just uninstalled and reinstalled but now it doesnt open at all
