Base Station: Fault 03 - Appeared after an update

I got this error maybe last year, I thought it was still tracking but just giving me an error, but yea it's definitely not tracking, it's hard to play things and having to mainly just face one direction.

 

Anyway, after an update this error popped up on just of my Base Stations.

 

I sent an email to Support sometime last year, never heard back, hoping I can get this sent out or something. I know I cant fix it myself after reading that from other threads.
