Laughingboy Posted April 13, 2019 Share Posted April 13, 2019 My guess is your using Microsoft Edge as your browser, If that is the case, Try Internet Explorer. I have the same thing happen to me and the only way I got around it is I used a different Browser. Try my sugestion and use a different browser and see if it will work. Ypselon Posted May 26, 2019 Share Posted May 26, 2019 I have the same Problem ... will install the Viveport Software, the Installer Starts, after asking for Sign IN, the Button will be greyed out after clicking, after short time the Button will be clickable again ... no Login window or Something appears ..... For anybody else whose reading this and experincing a similar issue - the fastest way to recieve support for the Viveport client is to email customerservice@viveport.com or to submit an inqury via this page.
