No Sound from Left Side - Deluxe Audio Strap

Hi:

 

I bought the Deluxe Audio Strap earlier this year, and have had no problems so far. Today, I just noticed that I have no sound on the Left Side. 

 

I tried all adjustments (reconnections) I could think of to no avail. 

 

Could you let me know of any reaons this could happen, or if I need to try to get an RMA?

If you checked all the cables already it might be time for an RMA. The only other suggestion I'd have is update your NVIDIA drivers just in case.
