Tracking issue - "IMU went off scale." appearing a lot in vrserver logs

Every session I get somewhat random tracking errors and this appears in the logs. I see A LOT of lines of "IMU went off scale." during quick movements in games like Beat Saber, and I can consistently recreate this by snapping the triggers on either of my controllers. Doing so causes the controllers to float and jitter and then slowly reset to the correct position.
