My base station isn't working

I just updated both of my base stations and my controllers, but for some reason my one base station isn't working, it won't power on, at all. So this doesn't get too confusing, I'm just going to call the one that isn't working base station a and the one that is working base station b. I know it isn't the power cord for base station a because I've tried the power cord for base station b, base station a won't turn on at all, when I plug in either of the base station power cords, it doesn't turn on. Please help
