Issues with repair

My vive pro one day suddenly lost its audio on the left side one day and I was unable to fix it so I sent it in for repair. It has been more than a month since I shipped, the status on the repair tracking still only says "received". This is frankly rediculous. The headset is a business asset and a crucial part of our daily operations, which have been obfusicaed by the long repair time with no end in sight.
