Chimpien Posted May 23, 2019 Share Posted May 23, 2019 I have just received a Pro Eye and the eye calibration will not run properly. I have installed and launched SR runtime and have launched calibration in SteamVR home, every other attempt to calibrate it displays a 'failed to initialize message', the other times it goes to the first screen of the calibration process 'adjust your headset up and down so your eyes fit in the frame' but this is non-interactive (I'm assuming from the documentation that this is just the information screen preceeding the calibration as it just shows where your eyes should be and not where they are currently) and calibration just hangs at this screen.
