Cant download any games, library empty, also crashes when changing location.

I can't download any games through the viveport app, it just fails after preparing to download.

I tried reinstalling the app 3 times already restarted my computer a bunch of times and no luck.

I made sure I am logged in to the same account on the browser and desktop and I am.

I also cannot see any games in my library on the app but I can on the browser.

Also I tried to change the install location of games in settings and my app just crashes when i try that.
