error 108, tried everything

I bought a new headset and all new cables and reset my system, downloaded all of the software over and over again and contacted vive support and followed everything they told me, but i still have this problem. the pictures are self-explainatory but my steamvr is blank other than error 108, and according to the vive setup it is all detected.0530191411.jpg0530191412 (1).jpg0530191412a.jpgIMG_20190528_151416_01.jpg
