TheNineMac
Hi my name is Sergio and i am from spain. Last week I had a flood at home due to a fault in the water pipes. unfortunately my computer was a hand under the water level and I stop going. I have mounted the graphics card and the processor on a new board and they work because the water did not arrive, but the wiGig card of the wireless adapter got wet and now it does not work. I would need to get a new one but I do not know where to get it. Sorry for my bad english :)
Synthesis
Hi there. Aside from buying a new card, you could also contact our support at www.vive.com/eu/support/livesupportKeep in mind that liquid damage is not covered by the warranty, so you will likely have to pay a repair fee for that card.Does that answer your question?Thank you, -Jack S
TheNineMac
I tried to talk to them but they tell me that I have to buy a new adapter ... I do not currently have 500 € to buy a wireless kit when I have everything except a PC card that costs very little to manufacture

TheNineMac
It's impossible, my father threw it in the trash along with the source of power and the other things that got wet.
Synthesis
I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, without a device to repair, there's not much we are able to do to assist you with that situation. Is there anything else we can help you with?-Jack S
