AACanida Posted June 23, 2019 Posted June 23, 2019 Just got my Wireless Adapter today, excited to use it but I have been waiting for the power bank to charge for 8 hours now and it hasn’t moved past the second blinking light. I went out and bought a QC 3.0 charger ( 17 watt 3.4 amp) not a cheap one about 6 hours ago and still no further than second blinking light. Did I just get a faulty product or is this normal? (seems excessive)
HackPerception Posted June 25, 2019 Posted June 25, 2019 - That definitely sounds like a bum power pack. The one that ships should charge in about 2-3 hours via a QC3.0 charger. This is something that would be replaced or repaired under warranty. I would recommending contacting a live chat agent via www.vive.com/support -> contact us -> contact us. This will put you in touch with someone from your region who can assist you with an RMA or replacement battery pack. You'll want to have your order number or unit's serial number on hand before you contact them.
