VR Wireless Red flashing light?

Ok i've done everything to fix this it was working fine on my pc then one day it just stopped working...

1. Followed all the steps to set up the wireless vr including re-downloading everything to attempt to fix the problem.

2. Read post about the card and the wire antenna easily breaking and that "could be a problem"

3. Sent in the card and the vr team sent me a new card and antenna hoping it would fix it and still nothing.

The problem is when i turn on the VIVE Wireless app it shows can't find headset. I click pair and followed the instructions but i can't get past the step of pushing the button on the wireless headset. Once i push the wireless headset it continues to just flash a slow green for about 5 mins. Then goes into a fast flashing red light til the power is turned off. Any ideas anyone?

Edit* Ok the red light is when the battery goes off due to inactivity.. So the issue is just when i click pair on the VIVE Wireless program and follow the instructions it doesn't pick up the wireless adapter once i press the button at the top.

I'd check the cables. Maybe it's not connected all the way or one of the cables is bad? You could check the battery too and make sure it's actually pushing power to the device.

Thank you,

All cables check out fine, even tested it with the link box. The battery is powering the device its just the program vive wireless won't detect the wireless headset.
