PixiStudio Posted August 5, 2019 Share Posted August 5, 2019 Hi, I previously asked if the HTC Focus support the H.265 codec. I got an answer from Support telling me the headset was indeed compatible with H.265 codec. After testing it on my end, I can’t make it work. I asked Support about this and sent my video files for testing purposes but got no answer ever since. Is there some specification our video encoding needs to have in order to be compatible? H.265 support was added with the 1.69.xx firmware update - it's not possible to decode that format on earlier versions of the OS/firmware. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PixiStudio Posted August 14, 2019 Author Share Posted August 14, 2019 I have done further testing with my video and managed to play a H.265 video. I think the problem originate from the resolution of my file. I tried a 4096x4096 and it worked whereas the 4320x4320 didn't. Do we have a list for supported resolution on the video player?
