SGSCreate Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 I updated the Viveport and I just get a blank screen when I click on the App. I have Uninstalled and re-installed about 20 times now and still the same result. It works fine with Steam, no issues there at all. BUT you keep billing me $12.99 a month and I cannot get in to play any of the games or experiences I am paying for!! I have attached an image of what I am seeing. I have searched the forum for anyone else having this issue but I haven't seen anyone saying they are having this same issue. PLEASE HELP I AM WASTING A TON OF TIME!!
SGSCreate Posted September 20, 2019 Author Posted September 20, 2019 Also, when I click to close it, it asks "Leaving Viveport?" with the option of 'Cancel' or 'Leave Now'. So it's not crashed it's just sitting there waiting for... something. But I have no menu or settings or anything to click!
GamerHawk121 Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 I'm also having the same problem and have tried reinstalling. So far it's the same thing a blank screen and when I press the close windows it gives the option "Cancel or Leave Now?". I can't even load it up into steamvr to load anything.

linkp2p Posted November 24, 2019 Posted November 24, 2019 Never mind. I uninstalled all "vive" programs and manually delete all "htc" folders in system drive but keep the app / game folders, and it finally work.
