After many months struggling with my wireless kit and after swapping all parts and ordering a new wireless kit and many nights reinstalling and uninstalling things I finally got to the bottom of it. As advised before by others it is an issue related to power saving, I deactivated all power savings options in Windows for pcie. Then open control panel / device manager and go through every single usb item that appears in the list and deactivate the power saving option. Is important that the VR wireless kit is running at this stage otherwise not all usb items will appear on the list and then you will be stuck like me for many months because I was deactivating the power saving feature when my wireless kit was off. So remember, wireless kit on and deactivate everything you See with usb, usb root usb hub like a MF. I'm finally playing no man's sky after 6 months trying ❤️❤️❤️❤️
