Hello thx for your hard work but I have always some issues with tracking 

Boneworks and Pavlov are very difficult to play smoothly and we loose tracking

I cross my fingers for mid January

😭 coucou encore moi il y a méme pas le hand tracking

comme le oculus ouest domage

mais le  htc vive cosmos il faix quoi de mieux que oculus rien

peux téte la qualité image

quand a les vous améliorer le home du cosmos mètre des objets et mètre les home en public

je peux que jouer sur les jeux de voiture ou camion c est nikel

mais avec les fusil a deux mains toujjour  80%

je joux beaucoup au jeux de tire

@tonton and others.  Please post in English or at least add a google translate version.  I'm often reading these posts on my iPhone and cannot easily access google translate.  I'd hate to miss something important you have to say, thanks mate.

Can anyone tell me how I can roll back to the previous firmware version? This update has effectively bricked my device, couldn't seem to find a download on the Cosmos support page.

Apologies on the issue you're experiencing. 

1. Can you submit an issue report assuming you can still access the VIVE Console? Instructions can be found here: https://forum.vive.com/topic/6662-how-to-report-issues-through-the-vive-console/

  • Make sure your headset is plugged in and your linkbox is on.
  • Please confirm once you've submitted. 

2. Please provide a description of where in the process that you can't get your device to function. E.g. Roomsetup, error message, content load, etc. 

We'll work with you in identifying the issue and getting this resolved as quickly as possible.
