HTC Vive Display Freeze - Headset unusable

The display in the headset is frozen. It is stuck on the initial loader screen ("Vive" in front of me and "This is Real" behind me). The display is 100% frozen, so as I turn my head, the display is frozen and nothing is updated.

I opened the "VR View" app, and the VR View app shows the Steam VR home. If I move my headset around, the VR View app also moves, but intermittently... it moves, then gets stuck and freezes, the moves, etc. 

My headset is wireless using the Vive Wireless Adapter. I have the Vive Pro.
