No order number or email recieved after purchase

Hi,

I recently just purchased 2x base stations for my setup, and was immediately charged and got the paypal notification.

However, I never received an order number, or any kind of email pertaining to my order, and have no way of looking up my order. I tried the search with email and card, but it pulls up nothing (Maybe because I paid with paypal and didn't directly input my cc info?)

Nothing appears in my orders tab on htc, so I am completely in the dark for now. Any tips?

7 Minute after writing up this thread and making a ticket it arrived.

having the same issue but haven't received an email so not sure if it will end up being a lag issue like with you but wishing to put this here to make some else knows this is happening to someone

When I purchased them, it gave me an error message that they're out of stock and charged me anyways.... I sent a support ticket about it
