Unable to finish setting up the wireless adapter; SteamVR not found

I have followed the steps up to step 3 for the VIVE Wireless Adapter setup guide. I'm stuck at download and install the VIVE Wireless app. When I try to run ViveWirelessSetup.exe I get:

I have SteamVR installed; it's in my Steam library and is working.

I fixed my issue and have installed the VIVE wireless app. I believe I had to run the install when directly logged into an admin account rather than being logged into a standard account and running the file as admin.
