Skip the "headset positioning" process

I am using Vive Cosmos to develop a game.
This game does not require position tracked.
 I would like to use my headset like a cardboard, only rotation.
I don’t want the game boot process to stop at the stage of "The headset are not being tracked properly".
Can I skip this process.
We don’t want the staff to constantly reposition the headset.
