I can't pair the headset ERROR 200

Hi!

 

I'm a new user of VIVE and I can't pair the headset, it has a red light on the side and it always says ERROR 200, I tried everything I can find on this forums and nothing works.

On the configuration of device from viveport, it is all ok till the check of usb and display conecctions, but when I have to pair the controllers I cant do it.

 

And I dont know what can I do, I try to reinstall all drivers, SteamVR, muy graphic card drivers are up to date.

 

 

I open a ticket with this trace...
