Repair lost in customer support

HTC have had my vive controller since the 7th of the month awaiting inspection as far as the FedEx tracking says... wh repair ticket #217058840000256? I asked about it earlier in the week and they sent me another fedex label when you already have the  controller...

I questioned the chat agent when he said the whole process only takes four days, even laughed about it.. 17 days later ime not laughing anymore.. HTC says its "awaiting inspection" there was a small piece of plastic  protruding from the crack above the top button, otherwise it worked fine.. they had approved the exchange before I sent it..
