Seluecos Posted February 16, 2017 Posted February 16, 2017 Hello, We're currently investigating reports of the following error message in SteamVR: "Unable To Connect To Headset (125)". If you are experiencing Error 125, we would love to work with you to gather some additional information and try some troubleshooting. Please comment below with any (or all) of the following information if you are experiencing this issue, and we'll follow up with you as quickly as we can. How long have you had your equipment? Operating System (including 32bit or 64bit) SteamVR version (identifiable in the system report) CPU and GPU model GPU driver version Motherboard model Which USB port are you using? (Please include details on if the port is located on the motherboard, the tower, an external hub, etc and if it is a USB 2.0 or 3.0 port) Are any 3rd party cables being used, not provided in the original Vive box? (If so, any information about the cable is appreciated) Is Crossfire or SLI enabled for your GPU(s)? Have you tested using the SteamVR Beta branch? Did your Vive work properly before you encountered this error? If so, do you recall any changes (such as installation or removal of any programs, any hardware changes, etc)? If you were able to resolve the error (even temporarily) what steps did you take? What antivirus software (if any) do you use? We appreciate any information our community members can provide.
