Have a look at this, people are finding it's a USB audio conflict, corrected by choosing different audio output.

Not sure why he never answered this, but IMU Off Scale means that the inertial measurement unit, which measures G-forces on a rapid basis, measured a g-force that was off-scale. This causes tracking of that controller stop for a couple seconds while the whole lighthouse setup re-calculates the position of the tracked device.

Desktop client, Windows 10. Just now for instance, I launched it, clicked "New in Infinity" and the 6th title is RicoShooter, 7th is ThievesOfGold, both Vive Focus only.
I promise I'm not mistaking the app for my broswer, and the target from the shortcut is "C:\Program Files (x86)\ViveSetup\PCClient\Vive.exe"

Why do I have to keep telling Viveport I only want to see Vive games, and not games for the Focus? Likewise for my Language and Input Preference.

It'd be great if viveport could would let me opt-in to being remembered as an adult as I browse the site, so I never see another age verify screen.
