I can't see any where to mark it as unresolved, So you may have to open a new thread,

The volume and the sound quality on vive pro is now better than the deluxe audiostrap after the update.

Have you checked the volume control, placed on the left head set speaker - & +.

I have full range of tones now , I would not call it a booming bass but the sound is full bodied,

before update only tinny tones no bass at all, empty hollow sound.

HTC did not mark it has solved, I did as the new update resolved my no bass issue.

It's not the best' but better than it was, I have bass tones now.

I hope they can solve your problem soon.

New firmware update has fixed my sound issue, did you turn your head set off and restart it again after update.

No not yet, I updated the firmware before the 1st post, Just incase the fix was there

I have a problem with sound quality on my Vive pro, As mine is very tinny sound no bass tone at all.

Is it a known bug or has it been shipped with faulty earphones
