Vive support is completely inept. J. told me there was little he could do and I should contact Amazon.
Amazon then instantly setup shipment for a brand new system next day delivery. One of these things is not like the other. -
I bought this system 3 days ago and already a base station is broken. I heard a loud whirring when I plugged in a sync cable and now it flashes this error.
Base Station Error, no longer functioning (10010)

This started happening an hour ago and Vive support literally told me there was little he could do and to contact my retailer. Amazon then immediately set up a next day replacement system delivery.
