Thank you for the reply, I had test it with my phone and the sizzle sound as disappeared and when i restarted my computer they wereworking perfectly.

Cosmos Headphones are sizzle but wwhen I plug in another headset the sound is perfect, can some one have an idea to debug it or I have to contact the support and use the warranty ?
