    Good evening, I really have trouble contacting customer service / support, they made a very complicated system with an "MSI Desk Help", except that it asks me for a 5-digit encryption code that I do not have ... So if you have another simpler way to contact them or else I'll see with what you told me "the old version of the NVIDIA 4 driver 17.xx". I keep you posted (I posted a request on their forum but no response after 48 hours .... (I have a GTX 1070) .

    Hello, I have a problem, it is impossible to connect my cosmos to my laptop pc with a DP to MiniDP adapter, (my laptop pc only has the connection). Unable to use, the headset is in "standby" with an error message: "220: The DisplayPort connection has a compatibility problem (HDCP error).", But sometimes also a message "006: The DisplayPort connection n 'is not stable ". I can't find the problem I updated everything (USB drivers and graphics drivers).     Bonjour, je voudrais savoir s'il est possible de jouer avec un ordinateur portable GE73 8RF avec le Cosmos si j'ai un adaptateur DP vers MiniDP? car jusqu'à aujourd'hui j'ai acheté 1 câble MiniDP vers MiniDP et un adaptateur DP vers MiniDP et ceux qui ne fonctionnent pas erreur: "220: La connexion DP a un problème de compatibilité (erreur HDCP).". Depuis 2 semaines j'ai du mal et je commence à regretter mon achat ...

    J'adorerais avoir la liberté de prendre le Cosmos avec moi avec un ordinateur portable et d'utiliser le sans fil à la maison avec un ordinateur de bureau ... mais si le suivi n'est pas aussi efficace que Rift S ou Quest, je ne suis pas sûr que cela en vaut la peine (attention, j'ai la possibilité d'acheter un cosmos pour environ 425 $ pour un temps très limité). J'essaie juste de voir si ça en vaudra la peine. J'ai déjà un adaptateur sans fil et Vive Pro avec les phares et les baguettes V1.0.
