[Can I force a software update on Vive Focus?]

Thanks for that @Cotta. Is there any way to install a Focus DK ROM onto a commercial device SKU, so we can use it for development purposes?

For what it's worth, this indeed fixed the exact same issue for me;

[6DOF Controller Dev Kit for Focus]

Hi,

Though the Focus Plus is now out, is there any way to still obtain a 6 DOF kit for our Focus development unit?

We have a product that integrates VR into AI-driven marketing   (I know - we hit all the buzzwords 😛 ) for small business & real estate, and feel the Vive Focus line is still the best solution for them in terms of durability, ease of use and features.

Besides being able to test with 6 DOF, being able to quickly show the difference between 3DOF and 6DOF is quite useful as well.

We signed up  through the original form, but we're not sure if that form still goes anywhere (we haven't heard anything).

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
