[Different types of menus]

Hello,

I am looking for different menu interface possibilities for using VR (pick ray, touch...) and I need some inspiration.
Do you know some test applications where different input types are used? Then I could try them out to test which one
is the most comfortable one for my application.

BTW: I found some variations on Youtube, but to see them is not enough... I need to try them out.
