  1. First, thanks to any who read this and attempt to help. Second, I do not have a Ryzen processor.

I get the same BSOD error fairly consistently and only when using my HTC Vive with the wireless adapter. It did not occur prior to the addition of the wireless adapter. I finally wiped, reinstalled Windows, and updated the bios, but it is still happening, so I would imagine it is hardware related. I don't want to get a replacement wireless adapter to find out it was another component that was the problem, as the wireless adapter is expensive. Unfortunately, I do not know anyone else who owns one which I could borrow for testing.

I am able to use the Vive wirelessly for several hours sometimes (typically after a fresh boot). If I use my computer heavily and then use the Vive without a fresh boot, that is when I tend to get the BSOD. However, even without a fresh boot, sometimes I can play for an hour or two before the BSOD occurs. And occasionally it will occur even with a fresh boot.

After working on this on a BSOD forum, the four dumps I uploaded led someone to post that this was the problem:

8/2 dump shows a problem with imaucxhpal.sys. Just finished checking and all four dumps are the same so this driver is definitely the cause of your BSOD problems.

It is hard to find information on this driver, but from what I can tell, it's related to WiGig. As I have done a fresh windows install and continue to have this problem, I'm assuming it's hardware. I would think it could be the adapter, the wireless receiver, the PCIe card, the PCIe slot, maybe even memory. I don't know. Before I take a gamble and either spend money getting this fixed or buying a new unit all together (and risking the issue being another component in my computer), I figured I would post this on some forums and see if anyone had some thoughts.

Again, much appreciation to any who read/investigate this, and any who attempt to help. If there are any questions, let me know.

    Thanks!!
