[Cosmos Elite : Motion Smoothing Not available]

I have the following config

Cosmos Elite

RTX 3090

CPU 10850

in Steam VR, i dont have the "motion smoothing" option , it says 'not supported"

A friend of mine has a Cosmos with a RTX 3070 and on his side, he has the option available

Could someone help me here ?

actually this is like i have another image suddendly popping up for 1 frame instead of the normal one

 

this happens on both eyes

I have very big juddering in Half Life Halyx

My config

I9 10850K

32 gB ram @ 3600

GeForce 1080 TI

Whatever parameters i set up , even lowest , i still have massive juddering , the image is jumping very hard

what do yo advise ?
